In-house manufacturing
All BvL cleaning systems are manufactured and assembled at our factory. Experienced employees have special know-how in the field of cleaning technology and contribute this to the great number of customised systems. All systems have to undergo an intensive test phase and commissioning before delivery to the customer. This ensures that you can start your production reliably and as soon as possible.
In-house programming and control cabinet production
BvL have well trained in-house personnel for programming, electrical engineering and control cabinet manufacturing. They are responsible for all programming and commissioning tasks, electrical planning and machine wiring. This means we are able to meet individual demands, e.g. programming of interface communication with other systems (robots, gantries, technical or external heat, data recording systems) as well as programming and integration of complex conveyor systems.

Extensive design, research & development
Our design department specialises in individual customisation of the systems. The core tasks of the engineers include changing the usable system dimensions, developing special workpiece carriers, nozzle arrangements or flushing systems as well as the technical integration of further system components.
Technically experienced employees from the research and development department are available for creating individual solutions.
